Flavours

All of our cakes are freshly made to order using the freshest ingredients including Belgian chocolate, quality Irish butter and free-range eggs. 
Due to the presence of gluten, nuts, eggs and milk in the kitchen environment, we cannot guarantee that a cake will be 100% free from allergens. Please check with us at the time of ordering if you have any concerns with food intolerances or allergens.

Our cakes are at least 5" deep and are comprised of four evenly sliced layers with delicious fresh fillings. All cakes are covered in a layer of white Belgian chocolate ganache to give a perfectly smooth finish before being decorated with smooth fondant icing. 

 

Victoria Sandwich

Salted Caramel
A caramel flavoured cake with homemade salted caramel and a caramel buttercream filling.

 


Chocolate Biscuit Cake
Belgian chocolate biscuit cake with crunchy honeycomb and caramel pieces.

 


Zesty Lemon
A lemon cake with fresh lemon zest, lemon buttercream and a lemon curd filling.

 


Chocolate
Rich chocolate cake with a choice of vanilla, orange, chocolate, raspberry or Baileys buttercream fillings.

 


Fruit Cake

A traditional, rich fruit cake recipe passed down through the generations.
